# Force-exit a shareholder from a vault

> Curator-only endpoint that builds an on-chain action to forcibly redeem a given holder's entire share balance at the current mark-to-market share price. Inputs are the vault subaccount and the holder's wallet address. Requires the curator mint-and-burn permission.
